February 1971Founded Hamamatsu Kyodo Unso Co., Ltd. in Higashimikata-cho, Hamamatsu-shi, Shizuoka-ken.
June 1984Founded Hamakyo Service Co., Ltd., a (100%) subsidiary, as an automotive repair work and automotive damage insurance agency company.
March 1985Began providing automotive transport handling work, automotive transport proxy work, and automotive transport usage work.
August 1992Moved head office to Terawaki-cho, Hamamatsu-shi, Shizuoka-ken.
Changed name to HAMAKYOREX Co., Ltd.
April 1993Founded SUPEREX Co., Ltd. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) in Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa-ken, a joint venture with ITOCHU Corporation, to handle business with large volume retailers.
September 1997Registered company shares with the Japan Securities Dealers Association.

October 2002Obtained 70% of shares of Tokainyuka Unyu Co. Ltd. (HQ: Shizuoka-shi, Shizuoka-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
March 2003Trading name designated in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
August 2004Obtained 70% of shares of Takatsuka Transport (HQ: Yachiyo-machi, Yuki-gun, Ibaraki-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
October 2004Obtained 86.55% of Kintetsu Butsuryu Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shimizu-cho, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka-ken; name changed to KINBUTSU REX Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2005) through a takeover bid, making it a consolidated subsidiary.
December 2006Obtained Superior Safety certification (G Mark certification) for Transport Section.
June 2009Obtained 90% of shares of Matsumoto Unso Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shirojiri-shi, Nagano-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
October 2009Obtained 100% of shares of Oohama Unyu Co., Ltd. (HQ: Kakegawa-shi, Shizuoka-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
October 2009Obtained 100% of shares of Hamamatsu Koun Co., Ltd. (HQ: Iwata-shi, Shizuoka-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
May 2010Founded Hamakyorex Co., Ltd., a local subsidiary, in Bangladesh.
Launched business inspecting products meant for Japan.
October 2010Obtained 72.0% of shares of JAL Logistics Co., Ltd. (HQ: Ota-ku, Tokyo-to; name changed to Logi-Rex Inc. on November 2, 2010), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
November 2011Founded Hamakyorex (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a local subsidiary, in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the People's Republic of China.
April 2012Obtained 100% of shares of JTB Butsuryu Service Co., Ltd. (HQ: Funabashi-shi, Chiba-ken; name changed to JBS Co., Ltd. on April 2, 2012), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
October 2015Obtained 100% of shares of Chiba Sanko Unyu Co., Ltd. (HQ: Ichihara-shi, Chiba-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.

December 2018Obtained 67.6% of shares of HMK LOGI SERVICE Co., Ltd. (HQ: Osaka-shi, Osaka-fu), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
December 2019Obtained 100% of shares of CITY-LINE Co., Ltd. (HQ: Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka-ken), making it a consolidated subsidiary.
April 2020Logi Rex Co., Ltd., which is our consolidated subsidiary, merged with JBS Co., Ltd., which is also our consolidated subsidiary.
February 2021Obtained 100% of shares of EISHIN EXPRESS Co., Ltd. and Maruko Butsuryu Limited (HQ: Itamshi-shi, Hyogo-ken), making them consolidated subsidiaries.
